Manufacturing Romania is a peer community for the people who run, maintain and improve production in Romania. You ask concrete questions and get answers from practice, in topic groups.

In several hundred factories, over more than a decade, we saw the same problems solved separately, again and again.

The answers already exist, in another factory, with another colleague. What is missing is the connection between people. We chose WhatsApp because that is where you already are: no new app, no new account.

Knowledge stays trapped

Good fixes for downtime, scrap, changeovers or audits live in the heads of a few people in a single plant. When they leave, the fix leaves with them.

Events are not enough

Conferences are rare and expensive. Real line problems get discussed between peers over coffee, and this is the place for that conversation.

Industries don't talk to each other

An automotive engineer and a food engineer face very similar maintenance, energy and staffing problems. They rarely learn from each other.

And the pressure is rising.

Energy costs, a shortage of skilled people, new EU reporting and environmental requirements, the automotive transition, global competition. No single plant has all the answers.
